ELIGABILITY
The contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Titan Brand Group of Companies, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
ENTRY PERIOD
The contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time ("CT") on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on the last day of each month (the “Contest Period”).

Social Media Shout-Out
Create a short, original video (60 seconds or less) telling us why you deserve to win the Titan $5K and upload it to your public Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account. Tag our official page @NotGoHighLevel and use the hashtag #TitanBGC5K.
Titan Brand Ambassador
Follow our official pages on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, share our contest announcement post on each platform, and tag three (3) friends who would also love to win. @NotGoHighLevel
Creative Expression
Submit an original photo, piece of artwork, or written piece (500 words or less) inspired by the theme "Living Large with Titan" via email to [email protected]. Please include your full name and contact information.
Why Titan Matters
We love hearing from you! Entrants write a short and heartfelt social media video post explaining "What Winning $5,000 Can Do for You!" You must tag us and use the hashtag #Titan5KStories for their entry to be valid.
ENTRY GUIDELINES
Entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not have been previously published or won any awards.
Entries must not contain any content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise violates any law or infringes on the rights of any third party.
Entries must not contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, phone numbers, or street addresses.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each Contest Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or direct message within five (5) business days following the end of the applicable Contest Period.
The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any other documentation requested by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the notification, fails to sign and return the required documents within the specified timeframe, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
PRIZES
One (1) grand prize will be awarded each month.
The prize consists of five thousand US dollars ($5,000) awarded in the form of a check and a round-trip coach airfare for two (2) to a destination mutually agreed upon by the winner and Sponsor.
The prize does not include travel insurance, meals, beverages, incidentals, gratuities, or any other expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless The Titan Brand Group of Companies and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) any violation by such entrant of these Official Rules; (iii) any claims arising from the representation or depiction of the entrant in any contest-related materials; or (iv) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials relating to or promoting the contest.
DISPUTES
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

Requests must be received no later than [Date, 3 months after the start of the Contest Period].
This contest is void where prohibited by law.
